Carol is the author of Spots and Troublespots (published in 2004 by Seismicity Editions, an imprint of Otis College of Art and Design) and The Museum of Contemporary Art (published in 2004 by Cloverfield Press). She has taught at CalArts, Santa Monica College, and Los Angeles City College. In 2006 she published a scholarly essay in Traffic, the journal of Small Press Traffic. She has given readings at Powell’s in Portland, OR; High Energy Constructs Gallery (for CalArts) in Los Angeles, CA; and Pegasus Books in Berkeley, CA.
